TechniSat Digital GmbH was founded in 1987 by Peter Lepper with the aim of offering high-quality satellite reception technology for the end consumer. Today TechniSat is one of the leading German manufacturers of consumer electronics products. The range now includes televisions, digital radios, smart home products and other lifestyle electronic devices. Since 2020, TechniSat has been producing medical masks as well as masks of protection class FFP2 at its site in Schöneck/Vogtland (Saxony). At the end of January 2021, the production of FFP2 masks was started at the Staßfurt site.

To support our team at the Schöneck location, we are looking for a IT leader to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks
- Technical and disciplinary management responsibility for your IT team
- Ensuring smooth operation of the IT infrastructure
- Expansion of the IT strategy in accordance with group specifications in coordination with the central IT department of the head office
- Maintenance and administration of existing systems both in the area of hardware and software
- Support and maintenance of local and mobile end devices, server systems and technical systems for production support (mainly Windows)
- On-site and remote user/system support • Monitoring of licenses and maintenance contracts for the software packages used
- Ensuring information and data security, network access and backup systems
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science or business informatics or a comparable course of study or equivalent training and further education, e.g. B. as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for application development or system integration
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally with experience in leading small teams
- Good knowledge of infrastructure topics (Microsoft Server/SQL Server, Citrix, VMware, Windows) • Experience in setting up IT systems and in project work on the introduction and renewal of IT systems
- Knowledge of various programming languages, e.g. B. C#, .NET and SQL, desirable
- Communication skills, team spirit and fun in project work
- Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented hands-on mentality
- Very good knowledge of German and good English
